Location: Argentina
Dynamic and strategic Product Manager with expertise in AI and healthcare to lead the development and delivery of innovative AI-driven healthcare solutions. This role will drive product vision, strategy, and execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market needs while improving patient outcomes, operational efficiency, and healthcare accessibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Define the product roadmap, leveraging insights from the AI and healthcare sectors to address complex challenges within healthcare settings.
Partner with engineering, data science, regulatory, clinical, and marketing teams to translate market insights and clinical needs into actionable product features.
Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify gaps and opportunities for innovative AI applications in healthcare.
Conduct ethnographic studies by visiting hospitals, urgent care centers, and other healthcare facilities to gather insights directly from patients and healthcare professionals.
Collaborate with healthcare providers, clinicians, and other key stakeholders to ensure solutions meet regulatory standards, clinical requirements, and end-user needs.
Establish and monitor product KPIs, using data to drive decisions and optimize product impact on patient care and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
3+ years in product management with a strong background in AI-driven healthcare solutions.
Understanding of AI/ML, data analysis, healthcare technology standards (e.g., HIPAA), and regulatory landscapes.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to manage projects end-to-end and influence cross-functional teams.
