Carnival UK is in search of a Product Manager, who will be crucial in supporting our technological direction and nurturing a high-performing team.

The Product Manager will provide strategic leadership, product vision and strategy, overseeing the entire product lifecycle from conception, growth, maturity, decline to retirement.

REQUIREMENTS: YOUR EXPERTISE AND LEADERSHIP

To thrive as a Product Manager, we’re looking for:

  • Experience as a Product Manager, ideally within E-Commerce, knowledge on pricing, promotions and optimisation would be advantageous
  • Previous exposure to supporting declining products whilst leading the ideation phase of a new productSolid understanding of principles and software methodologies, including Kanban, Scrum, SAFe, DevOps.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that is aligned to company goalsAnalyse market and user research, feedback, expert opinion, and usage data to understand needs and opportunities.
  • Develop product propositions and determine product positioning and variants for different customer and user segments
  • Lead the ideation phase, directing activities of the Product Owner and development team, and collaborating with Engineering, Delivery, eCommerce, Marketing and Design teams to ensure seamless product delivery
  • Manage the full product life cycle to ensure that customer/user needs are met and that financial and other targets are achieved. Selects, adopts, and adapts appropriate product development and implementation methods, tools, and techniques
    Positioned within our internal structure from CUK15 (entry level) to CUK1 (Brand President), this role is classified as a CUK06 offered as a full-time position, on a permanent basis. We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.
