ABOUT THE ROLE:

CBRE is seeking a dynamic and resourceful Product Manager to drive innovation and shape the future of our commercial real estate operations. This role is an integral part of the Canada Operations Team, supporting and enabling the Canadian advisory and transaction services practice. Please note that this is an in-person role based in Toronto, requiring regular office presence.
As a Product Manager, you will have a unique opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and play a crucial role in shaping the strategic direction of our market-leading offerings. You will be responsible for the planning, design, and implementation of products and product extensions throughout their entire lifecycle.
You will be supported by a dedicated team, including a Business Systems Analyst.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  1. Product Strategy and Roadmap:
  • Define and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with business goals and user needs.
  • Conduct thorough product analysis, competitive research, and customer insights to identify opportunities and drive product enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap, ensuring a steady stream of valuable features and improvements.
  1. Product Development and Launch:
  • Collaborate with our digital & technology team to translate product vision into actionable requirements and specifications.
  • Lead the product development process, ensuring timely and successful delivery of new features and products.
  • Coordinate product launches, including go-to-market strategies, marketing collateral, and training materials.
  1. Stakeholder Management:
  • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including deal analysts, operations, finance, sales teams, and senior leadership, to understand their needs and gather feedback to inform product decisions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and managing expectations regarding product development and performance.
  1. Product Performance and Optimization:
  • Continuously monitor and analyze product performance metrics, user feedback, and financial trends to identify areas for improvement.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions on product enhancements, feature prioritization, and optimization strategies.
  1. Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the digital & tech team, operations teams, finance teams, sales teams, and research teams to ensure seamless coordination and alignment throughout the product development lifecycle.Foster a collaborative and innovative culture by facilitating effective communication, knowledge sharing, and best practices across teams.
