Description:
WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON
The Frontier Products Team is a modern team focused on developing software products that aim to make CPF Board and Government as a whole work better. As a Product Manager you will be working to a Made-In-CPF (MIC) product called docCentral. docCentral is a document creation and management platform designed to streamline the process of generating documents. It is currently used across the Whole-Of-Government and is looking to expand its use cases to more agencies.
In this role, you will:
- Cross functional collaboration: Collaborating with product management, engineering and design to discuss operational improvements and processes.
- Onboarding Support: Assisting interested users in the onboarding process, providing guidance and support as they familiarise themselves with the product.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Assist in analysing and collecting data to support product performance evaluation and decision making.
- Training and knowledge sharing: Participate to conduct training and sharing sessions with prospective users.
