About the Role: You’ll be at the intersection of cutting-edge generative AI technology and user centric design. Reporting to the VP of Product, Journey, you’ll be a key part of the team shaping a greenfield opportunity. Combining AI powered innovation with an exceptional user experience to deliver assisted analytics to our customers. You will be driving product discovery and user research, translating customer insights into product decisions, product design, prioritizing features, and driving the product roadmap.

Responsibilities

  • Contributing to the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our UI product
  • Translating product requirements into tangible designs and work with engineering teams to deliver high quality products
  • Developing and implement usability testing strategies for product interfaces
  • Empowering and setting direction for cross functional team(s) on short-term tasks/near-term priorities.
  • Developing and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for your product area
  • Working closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product launches
  • Conducting user research and analyse market trends to inform product decisions. Gathering and incorporating user feedback to improve the product

Requirements

  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrate experience in a mixture of product roles and interface development roles, with technology powered products
  • Prove track record of shipping successful products or features. Have experience with Figma or other UI design / prototyping tools
  • Have understanding of UI/UX design principles and best practices
  • Display understanding of agile software development methodologies like Agile, Scrum, Kanban
  • Have a sound understanding of the Aviation industry
