About you: As a Product Manager at Access Paysuite, you will be responsible for managing a suite of SaaS payment solutions, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure we deliver value-driven solutions to our customers. You will engage in all aspects of Product Management, including Customer Discovery, Product Development, and Launch. This role is integral to our mission of enabling seamless payment processes and exceptional user experiences for our customers in the UK public sector. Day-to-day, you will: • Customer Discovery and Insights o Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather insights and identify needs, pain points, and opportunities for product enhancement. o Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and usability testing to inform product strategy and validate product ideas. o Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, ensuring the product roadmap aligns with customer and market demands. • Product Development and Strategy o Define, own, and communicate the product roadmap, aligning it with company objectives and market trends. o Collaborate with engineering, design, and other internal teams to build and iterate on product features. o Manage the end-to-end product development process, including requirements gathering, backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and testing. • Feature Launch and Go-to-Market o Lead the launch of new products and features, working closely with marketing, sales, and support teams to create impactful go-to-market strategies. o Define and track success metrics post-launch, ensuring products meet their intended value and objectives. o Gather feedback from initial launches to iterate and refine product offerings. • Stakeholder Collaboration and Communication o Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support. o Facilitate regular product updates, presentations, and training to ensure all stakeholders are informed and aligned. o Provide customer-facing teams with the necessary tools and information to promote and support the products effectively. • Product Performance and Optimization o Monitor product performance, analyze metrics, and leverage data to make informed product decisions. o Continuously seek opportunities to enhance product functionality, improve customer satisfaction, and maximize product usage. Your skills and experiences might also include: • Experience: Product Management, preferably within SaaS or payment solutions. Experience in the public sector market is a plus. • Customer-Centric: Strong ability to engage with customers, understand their needs, and translate insights into valuable product features. • Strategic Thinker: Proven track record of managing product roadmaps and aligning product strategy with company goals. • Technical Acumen: Ability to work closely with engineering teams and understand the technical aspects of SaaS products. • Go-to-Market: Experience in launching new products and features with successful go-to-market strategies. • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, interpret metrics, and drive product decisions based on data insights. • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, with experience presenting to stakeholders and collaborating across teams.
