Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Product Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work across multiple lines of business within commercial real estate, driving key projects from conception through execution. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to deliver high-value enhancements and maintain quality standards that align with our strategic roadmap.
Key Responsibilities:

Vision & Strategy:

• Work closely with your manager to learn and construct a roadmap that aligns with the broader product strategy.
• Create the actual artifact of the roadmap and communicate progress/changes with your team and stakeholders.

Product Understanding:

• Understand the core functionality, use cases, and users of your product and take ownership to seek out necessary answers.
• Understand adjacent products and identify necessary collaborations to assess risks and dependencies.
• Learn and practice basics of product discovery using existing/prescribed tools and frameworks.
• Ensure a shared understanding of the problem to solve by working inclusively with your Designer and Lead Engineer.

Solutioning & Definition:

• Take research & discovery outputs and work with your engineering and design partners to define solutions with an emphasis on value, usability, and technical feasibility.
• Collaborate with your manager/senior team members to refine solution perspectives.
• Work with stakeholders to understand their needs and incorporate them into the design of the solution.

Execution & Delivery:

• Identify unaligned activities and deliver against the highest value while maintaining velocity and quality.
• Independently drive a prioritized backlog of high-value work.
• Apply techniques and practices to triage and resolve emergent issues, distinguishing between enhancements and defects.

Leadership Competencies:

• Use data to guide decisions with the support of your manager and senior team members.
• Understand trade-offs and ensure sufficient inspection to make confident decisions.
• Ensure your team understands your work, why it matters, and how it aligns with company goals.
• Create and update key artifacts (e.g., roadmaps, briefs) to promote transparency and accountability.
• Proactively share progress and escalate risks/concerns early and often.
• Create space for diverse ideas and feedback, fostering a culture of inclusion.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience in product management, preferably in commercial real estate.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle, agile methodologies, and backlog management.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Ability to use data to drive decisions and understand trade-offs.
