Within the Marketing team of the L’Oréal Italia, we are looking for a Product Manager who will work on one of the brands of the portfolio, with the objective of developing the market share of the product of competence (in terms of sell in and sell out) ensuring the achievement of the budget objectives while respecting the positioning of the brand.
Key Activities and Responsibilities
- implementation of consumer launches and animations
- analysis of consumer trends and competitive analysis
- brand performance analysis and forecasting
- development and definition of media communication strategies (media mix, definition of media plans, communication adaptation, etc.)
- creation of merchandising materials for promotion and enhancement at the point of sale, in collaboration with external agencies
- communication interface with the sales force (new launches, promotional activities) and distribution partners (ad hoc mktg plans)
Requirements and skills
- 3/5 years’ working experience in marketing
- Degree or Master’s degree in Economics / Marketing / Management Engineering
- Excellent level of Italian and English
- Familiarity with digital and trade marketing dynamics
- Excellent communication / interpersonal skills
