In this role, you’d be in our Savings Trading team, but you don’t necessarily need to know Savings experience with any financial product is brilliant.
This role is to cover maternity and will be valid for 12 months (from 1st October 2024 - 31st October 2025).

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership of their work, including seamless product and pricing delivery.
You will need experience of delivering products alongside sales and operational teams coupled with a good understanding of the financial services industry, competitors and markets.
This will be coupled with a good knowledge of the regulatory landscape, as you’ll be shaping and informing decisions on price and strategy.
Away from the technical aspects of the, you’ll be a great communicator and enjoy managing multiple stakeholders and priorities and working collaboratively with the wider Savings Trading team.

Responsibilities:

As Product Manager you’ll be part of a key commercial team, where your expertise, knowledge and contribution are really valued.
Day to day, you’ll be responsible for the delivery of savings products and motivating key stakeholders to create great customer propositions, which provide great customer experience and drive growth for YBS. You will be proactive in delivering great product trading strategies and ensure that we deliver effectively and have great processes in place to deliver.
The role will also see you co-ordinate and deliver pricing changes and product launches - a vitally important role in an ever-changing interest rate environment. You will ensure that all products are delivered in a timely, compliant and customer centric manner.
You’ll be working with distribution, marketing, digital and operational teams (amongst many others) to bring commercial plans to life, and you’ll ensure that key stakeholders are aligned through strong relationship building and influencing skills.
Underpinning your work will be a commitment to keeping our Savings product governance and processes up to date, and you’ll directly feed into customer fair value assessments considering the Consumer Duty.
