We are looking for a talented Product Manager to join our growing team. The Product Manager will lead our product development efforts, drive innovation, and build high-quality products that meet the needs of our customers and partners. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for sports activities and technology, capable of using their initiative to develop and implement strategies that capture new market opportunities and enhance existing product offerings.
WHAT THE JOB INVOLVES:
- Product Development: We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and technical Product Manager to build best-in-class products for our customers.
- Bridging Business and Technology: Act as the bridge between business needs and technical execution by writing up tickets for developers and aligning with roadmap projects.
- Define and Prioritise Requirements: Define and prioritise product requirements and features based on business objectives, customer feedback, and market trends.
- Collaboration: This is a highly collaborative role; you will work remotely with different teams, with success measured by user adoption and customer satisfaction.
- User Research and Analysis: Conduct user research and analysis to build deep customer and product knowledge.
- Feature Planning and Validation: Plan, scope, and validate features and products that are worth building.
- Discovery and Delivery: Work closely with designers and engineers in the discovery and delivery phases.
- Product Backlog Management: Manage the product backlog, prioritise tasks, and ensure timely delivery of products and features.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyse product performance metrics and develop strategies to improve product adoption, engagement, and retention.
- Communication: Communicate product updates and changes to internal stakeholders, designers, and customers.
- Team Success: Do whatever it takes to make our product and the team successful.
