Responsibilities:

The Criteo In-Store development team helps to power retailers and broader businesses to transform their in-store media, out-of-store media and online media from antiquated PDF packs and spreadsheet management to an integrated scalable SaaS solution that the worlds’ leading brands and agencies trust.

The product manager is responsible for guiding the success of the In-store product and leading the cross-functional team responsible for improving it. As a product manager for Criteo you will be responsible for:

  • Collaborates with internal stakeholders (mainly R&D and analytics) to deliver the product roadmap and create client value
  • Identifies blockers/roadblocks and raises points to management as soon as it appears
  • Proactively explores solution options and unblocks problems when possible
  • Identifies and defines problem to be solved. Breaks it down into logical smaller components and prioritizes them as to ensure product strategy’s execution, maintaining a systemic view of Criteo’s business
  • Proposes “elegant” solutions to the identified problems with manager supervision
  • Collaborating with engineering, design, and marketing teams to develop product features
  • Assisting in creating product roadmaps and timelines.
  • Communicating with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on product development.
  • Preparing presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Tracking project progress and addressing any issues that arise.
  • Assisting in product testing and gathering feedback from users.
  • Analyzing feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Creating and maintaining product documentation, including user manuals and technical specifications.
  • Ensures OKR/roadmap and operational KPIs accomplishment - with a strong impact-driven mentality (not just to ship “bug-free” products)
  • Defines and documents product requirements
