Description:
Responsibilities:
- You’ll prioritise and define the product roadmap for our Pega SaaS case management system, focusing on the way customers currently reach out to us, and finding ways to make these interactions simpler and less costly, whilst maintaining a great level of service
- You’ll be collaborating with other Product people, engineers, architects, designers and our users to make sure the new features we introduce are exactly what’s needed
- You’ll stay abreast of industry trends, Pega advancements, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance product offerings
- You’ll use data to make informed decisions and measure the success (or not!) of the features we release
