REQUIREMENTS
- 10+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
- You have strong leadership, analytical and communications skills
- You love talking to customers and understanding what drives them. You have a technical acumen and problem solving is your second nature.
- Proven track record of successfully developing, launching and running products at industry level.
- Proven experience meeting the key responsibilities required to be successful in this role.
- Experience in logistics / container shipping is a big plus, not a must
Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
The Product Manager is responsible for the overall success of the product. You are the strategic master mind, able to seamlessly transition between high-level strategy and detailed execution. Your responsibilities involve strategic planning, market analysis, stakeholder management and ensuring the product meets business objectives.
THE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Defining the product vision and long-term goals.
- Defining the product roadmap.
- Conducting market research and competitive analysis.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, design, marketing) to ensure product success.
- Engaging with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, including executives, engineers, designers.
- Understanding customer needs and pain points.
- Developing a go-to-market plan for product launch and collaborating with marketing and sales teams to promote the product.
- Define and track key metrics to measure the success of product initiatives on a weekly basis.
- Overseeing the entire product’s lifecycle, from development to retirement.
- Assessing product performance and making data-driven decisions.
