As a Product Manager at the LEGO Group, you’ll lead a dynamic cross-functional team to create innovative tools for physical product graphic design and 3D asset development. Your work will support a wide range of LEGO experiences, from printed building instructions and photorealistic marketing materials to innovative digital platforms like our LEGO Builder app and LEGO Fortnite.

Responsibilities:
- Translate overarching business goals into a clear product strategy.
- Define long-term ambitions, product vision, and roadmaps in collaboration with partners, and engineering teams.
- Establish and manage quarterly Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for the product team.
- Collaborate with your team to convert business goals and user feedback into valuable outcomes.
- Partner with Business Leadership and Customer Leads to prioritize needs based on user insights and business impact.
- Continuously optimize the product to achieve defined outcomes.
- Coordinate with fellow Product Managers in Product Innovation Enablement to ensure organizational needs are addressed by the right teams.
