We have a fantastic opportunity to join our Private Insurance team within DLG. You will work as part of this team and have end-to-end responsibility for all aspects of our private products which include mid and high-net-worth Home and Motor products. We are continually developing our products and you will be heavily involved in the design and implementation of changes.

Responsibilities:
- Work alongside the Product Head to align overall insurance vision and strategy with specific team missions and support delivery of squad outcomes.
- Shape and align the holistic distribution strategy and roadmap across key channels including Operations.
- Identify customer problems and eradicate pain points across end-to-end experience aligning proposition to brand values.
- Define and monitor performance criteria of products, services, distribution and customer contact strategy and drive idea generation and continuous improvement.
- Build deep understanding of regulatory landscape and identifies implications on business models, products and processes.
- Identifies and drives new product development opportunities in line with consumer demand and overall DLG strategy.
- Lead on financial aspects such as budgeting, planning, commercial trading and business case production, managing trades-offs between customer and commercial outcomes and strategies.
- Work with key internal stakeholders to drive alignment with internal interfaces sitting outside of the team structure (Operations / Claims / Customer CoE).
- Lead on engagement with external business partners creating strong relationships and effective dialogue to drive agreed outcomes.
- Actively seeks out and brings the ‘voice of the customer’ into all team activities including sprint planning, execution and retrospectives.
- Ensures the team adapts in line with shifts in consumer behaviour and market forces.
