About The Role
As the Product Manager you will manage a large portfolio including but not limited to Fabric Care, Kitchen Care, Building Care, Floorcare and Personal Care. Reporting to the Marketing Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the divisional product ranges have competitive and profitable customer focused packages and you will be required to develop strategic plans, monitor, and modify implementation and assess profitability of products and systems for new business proposals within Australia and New Zealand. This role is located in Wetherill Park, New South Wales with 3 days working in the office and 2 days working from home, days are flexible and to be discussed.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio including defining, optimising, and maintaining range based on local market structure and need.
  • Identify gaps and build business plans for new products.
  • Work with the global portfolio team to highlight cluster insights and requirements.
  • Lead innovation, product development and co-ordinate with inter departments and third-party suppliers, ensuring products are delivered on time.
  • Act as first point of reference for all product related enquiries.
  • Forecast new innovations and promotional activities, monitoring inventory levels to ensure supply.
  • Monitor and report on volume, NPS and GP trends as well as market share and performance on product groups.
  • Deployment of new product launches and portfolio-oriented programs.
  • Assist with the development of the annual marketing plan and contribute to the annual sales planning process.
  • Leverage ANZ and global marketing support to meet local market needs.
    About you

Ideally you will have the following attributes and experience to be successful within this role:

  • Minimum of 4 years of Business-to-Business experience in chemical related product management – highly regarded.
  • Experience in regulated industries involving TGA, AQIS, APVMA, Medsafe – highly regarded.
  • High level of attention to detail – essential
  • Experience with developing reports.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written.
  • Intermediate level in computer literacy and Microsoft Office (excel, word, powerpoint).
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
