PRODUCT MANAGER – LIFE INSURANCE, PENSIONS, AND ANNUITIES

We are seeking a driven and experienced Product Manager to join our team at Earnix. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in life insurance, pensions, and annuities, with an emphasis on requirements gathering, process design, and product development. A business analyst background and familiarity with agile methodologies are essential, along with experience working closely with actuarial and risk management tools such as Risk Agility, Moses, MG-Alpha, GGY-Axis, MetaRisk, Risk Analyzer, or Prophet

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Lead the development and execution of product strategies for the life insurance, pensions, and annuities domain, aligning closely with customer and market needs.
Collaborate with customers, internal teams, and external partners to gather and prioritize requirements, creating clear and concise documentation.
Break down complex business needs into epics and user stories, facilitating effective communication between business stakeholders and the development team.
Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring the timely delivery of features and functionality that resonate with our clients in the life insurance and pensions space.
Identify opportunities to create value by enhancing product capabilities, particularly in actuarial modeling, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
Drive product planning and design by collaborating with stakeholders in sales, marketing, client services, and engineering.
Communicate product benefits, functionality, and value proposition effectively to internal teams and customers.
Requirements:

YOU’LL DO IT USING:

Proven experience in the life insurance, pensions, and annuities industry, ideally with a business analyst or product management background.
Strong understanding of actuarial and risk management platforms such as Risk Agility (WTW), Moses (WTW), MG-Alpha (Milliman), GGY-Axis (Moody’s), MetaRisk (Guy Carpenter), Risk Analyzer (Aon), or Prophet (FIS).
Hands-on experience with the agile process, including creating epics, stories, and managing backlogs.
Expertise in gathering and translating business requirements into actionable product deliverables.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, ensuring that product requirements are clearly defined and effectively communicated.
Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and lead discussions on product design, functionality, and implementation
