KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Leverage current and future abatement technologies and solutions to drive development of abatement products for markets adjacent or beyond the traditional semiconductor industry.
  • Engage with environmental and market experts to determine abatement potential and opportunities in industrial, technology and manufacturing sectors.
  • Create the business plan and define the program of work necessary to achieve the business objectives of a new initiative, including development of a market strategy, sales strategy, master specification, resource and training plan, and penetration plan.
  • Provide marketing collateral and training for colleagues to articulate and deliver product value propositions to customers in a compelling manner consistent with a solution-based sales strategy, ensuring publication of core product data.
  • Collaborate with Market Sector, Regional Product, Applications, Sales, Direct Marketing and Customer Care to define appropriate methods and channels for proactive marketing of initiatives and develop supporting media and materials.
  • Contribute to pricing policy agreement and manage controls to maintain profitability through the lifecycle by controlling price, cost, unadjusted gross profit and data management in SAP.
  • Work with colleagues to make sound evaluations of the market, competitors, customers and technologies in support of Sector Managers and Key Account Teams.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in either engineering, chemistry, physics or material science, or relevant experience with the semiconductor industry in lieu of academic/professional qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree
  • Understanding and experience of the semiconductor or flat panel display industry preferred, but not essential.
  • Proficient knowledge and usage of office productivity software
  • Fluent spoken and written English essential.
  • Travel domestically and internationally as necessary.
