Product Manager

We are seeking a talented and motivated Product Manager to join our Product Management Team and strengthen our market-leading 4G and 5G Traffic Management portfolio. Our products, which have been deployed by over 60 mobile and fixed operators, help them manage, optimize and monetize traffic in their networks. These include DPI, encrypted video optimization, TCP acceleration and analytics, among others.
In this role, you will report to the Director of Product Management and collaborate with a team of experienced professionals to drive and execute Enea’s strategy in the Mobile Operator and Service Provider market.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering or equivalent
• 5+ years industry experience working with mobile and fixed operators in the packet core (4G, 5G), preferably in the data plane and in traffic management solutions such as DPI, TCP acceleration, video optimization, PGW/UPF and similar1+ year experience in a Product Management role, or 3+ years experience in a senior technical sales or leadership/management role in engineering or services in a telecommunications industry Company

• Proven domain competence in the 4G and 5G packet core and mobile access network (LTE and 5GNR), including good understanding of S-GW, P-GW, PCRF/PCEF, SMF, PCF and UPF network functions. Strong knowledge of networking, TCP/IP, UDP, HTTP, QUIC, DNS and encryption protocols (TLS 1.3, ECH, DoH, etc.)

• Deep understanding of the Internet OTT landscape and video content delivery mechanisms (Adaptive Bitrate Video, etc.)
• Experience working on DPI, optimization, analytics, traffic intelligence, fraud detection and AI-driven products in NFV and CNF environments
• Experience leading and influencing R&D and engineering teams following Agile methodologies
• Excellent written and verbal presentation and communication skills (corporate language English)
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams, customers and analysts
• Strong organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail

• Develop, define and execute Enea’s Traffic Management product portfolio vision, strategy and roadmap in alignment with the Company strategy and goals

• Drive the product lifecycle and lead product development from ideation through delivery, by defining product requirements, scopes, schedules and priorities based on business impact, technical feasibility, and resource capacity
• Develop the product portfolio value proposition and positioning, as well as the commercial and pricing strategy
• Become a cross-functional leader that drives Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Services and Support organizations to successfully bring products to markets, with high customer satisfaction
• Work closely with the Engineering organization as the Product Owner, ensuring the development process aligns with the product strategy, using Agile methodologies for an iterative and customer-driven operation
• Serve as the subject matter expert and Product Management liaison for both internal and external stakeholders, evangelizing Sales and Presales organizations, leading customer meetings and presentations and supporting sales processes and tenders
• Work closely with Product Marketing to build a compelling product positioning and messaging that differentiates our products. Produce and maintain inbound and outbound product collateral and sales documentation
