• Product responsibility for Clinical Flow Cytometry Quality Control products throughout the whole product life cycle including measurements on our Flow Cytometry analysers, assay assignment and performance monitoring
• Provide and coordinate 2nd level support for Sysmex affiliates and distributors in the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East and Africa)
• Generate product documentation for internal and external use
• Be responsible for complaint handling and the implementation of related processes and updates, knowledge management and updates of relevant quality management documentation
• Set-up, guide or support projects in close collaboration to other departments and regions
• Collaborate closely with other functions within the QC department and with other departments such as Marketing, Technical Services, Supply Chain Management and Regulatory Affairs
• Develop and conduct product trainings – in-person trainings and webinars
