The Opportunity:
We are experiencing strong growth and have a range of new products in development. We are seeking a Product Manager to join our team and help realise our vision.
In this role, you will be part of a dynamic and collaborative team managing OSA masks through the entire product lifecycle, from conception to obsolescence. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Being the voice of the customer by conducting research to understand the needs of patients, customers, and markets, providing data-driven insights to inform product design
- Developing a product vision, gathering product requirements and working closely with product development to deliver on that vision
- Supporting the launch of new products through activities such as market releases, value proposition development, pricing, forecasts, supply and market support.
- Collecting and analysing customer feedback to make continuous improvements to the product.
About You:
This role is ideal for someone who is outcome-driven, resourceful, collaborative, and adaptable, who also has a Bachelor’s degree in either Engineering, Marketing or Health-related field e.g. Physiology, Biomedical Science, Biotechnology. Prior experience in product management or in the sleep industry (e.g., as a sleep technologist/physiologist) is preferred but not essential. The role is suitable to a Graduate or someone with a few years of work experiences. The role offered will be tailored to the preferred candidate based on their level of experience.
