QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, communication, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years as a Product/Program/Project Management or Business Analyst.
  • Experience interacting with IT and Business leaders.
  • Able to translate technical documentation for business consumption and understanding.
  • Experience in building and shipping applications of software.

  • Experience in Aviation, Transportation, Travel, or Maintenance Industries
  • An entrepreneurial mentality that is comfortable with ambiguity and can drive a vision to fruition is essential.

You will be integral in the entire product process, from the nitty-gritty of sprint planning and backlog management to the strategic execution of product releases that are poised to meet our ambitious goals.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Communicate with Stakeholders: gather requirements, clearly communicate product progress, sprint outcomes, and release updates to stakeholders, fostering transparency and ensuring alignment within the team and with external partners.
  • Cross-functional Teamwork: Engage in collaboration with engineering, design, and marketing teams, supporting the seamless development, launch, and promotion of product features.
  • Advocate for User Needs: incorporate user feedback and usability testing results into the product development process while applying critical thinking to support a user-centric and future-proof product strategy.
  • Sprint Participation and Support: Actively participate in sprint planning sessions, support the definition of sprint goals, and collaborate with engineering teams to contribute to the on-time delivery of product features.
  • Backlog Assistance: Assist in prioritizing and maintaining the product backlog by creating and defining user stories, features and epics, ensuring it supports the product roadmap and addresses user and stakeholder needs effectively.
  • Release Support: Help coordinate aspects of release planning and execution, including contributing to testing new features, setting release dates and defining release content.
  • Monitor and Report Performance: Help monitor product performance against established metrics, supporting the analysis and leveraging data to recommend product improvements.
