In our Marketing department, we are looking for a colleague as Product Manager who will take ownership for the strategic development of our components and solutions within the Flow Controls Market. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales, to drive product strategy and execution.

This job is based in Cluj-Napoca, Romania.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS THAT SET YOU APART:

• Experience of working in an international environment.
• Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Other foreign languages are a strong plus.

IN THIS ROLE, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:

• Develop and implement market strategies for our Flow Controls segment, with focus on refrigeration product portfolio.
• Drive and successfully implement strategies across various applications, working in close collaboration with segment leaders.
• Prioritize new product development programs and product lifecycle management initiatives, based on business opportunities or threats, in collaboration with internal functions.
• Coordinate of strategic plans with our global Marketing teams in Asia and US.
• Conduct market research, sizing, and segmentation to support informed decision-making
• Launch of new product, including communication plans, product positioning and value proposition.
• Execution of tactical plans with the Sales organization.
• Lead the product portfolio and life-cycle, ensuring our offerings remain competitive and relevant.

FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED:

• A university degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Business Management or an equivalent field.
• 2-3 years of proven experience in Marketing and Project Management.
• In-depth knowledge of electronic control & monitoring systems.
• An analytical approach with outstanding skills in implementing customer-focused strategies.
• Strong command of English to support seamless communication across our global teams.
