Description:

Job Purpose:
At RWS Content Technology, we are dedicated to transform the pharmaceutical industry through innovative software solutions that streamline business operations, enhance compliance, drive efficiency and ultimately accelerate the availability of therapies for all humans in the world.
Our flagship product Fonto IAP is an enterprise-level content management platform designed specifically to meet the unique needs of pharmaceutical companies. We help organizations automate document creation, improve collaboration, and maintain regulatory compliance with ease.
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to take full ownership of our pharmaceutical content management platform. This role will be pivotal in driving further development of the product, optimizing the user experience, and ensuring our solution continues to meet the evolving needs of our (prospective) clients in the pharmaceutical sector.
Job Overview:
As the Product Manager for our Integrated Authoring Platform (IAP) solution, you will be responsible for the overall vision, strategy, and execution of our product roadmap. You will work closely with cross-functional teams — including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success — to ensure the product delivers exceptional value to our pharmaceutical clients, improves their document and content management processes, and supports their compliance needs.
You will act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, customers, and the development team, translating business requirements into actionable product features and ensuring the successful delivery of these features from conception through to launch and beyond.

  • Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, including knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards (e.g., FDA, GxP, FHIR) or equivalent B2B SaaS software experience in another industry.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, with an ability to translate complex requirements into actionable tasks for development teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver on time in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Aha!, Trello) and content management systems is a plus.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or a related field. MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.
