What you will do

Join us as a highly experienced Product Manager or Product Specialist to oversee and guide an agile team responsible for exploring the future of the SAP Profitability and Performance Management (PaPM) Cloud ecosystem by prototyping and productizing innovative solutions in collaboration with product units and customers. You will ensure the success, quality, and delivery of our portfolio, develop product visions along with corresponding roadmaps, and maintain transparency, visibility, as well as understanding across all stakeholders.

• As a part of the product management committee you lead a cross-functional team to deliver high-quality solutions based on SAP PaPM Cloud, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with area product owners to ensure product teams have a cohesive understanding of the product vision, backlog, and overall strategy.
• Translate customer needs using personas, storyboards, and case diagrams, in order to ensure the product addresses real-world challenges.
• Coordinate with teams across the Line of Business to develop non-coded product assets and documentation that support product implementation and customer success.
• Analyze market trends and competitors to maintain competitive advantages and ensure our solutions remain ahead of the curve.
• Streamline and enhance product engineering processes, which are driving efficiencies and improving overall product quality.
• Work closely with SAP PaPM Cloud development teams to ensure intuitive and seamless user experiences that demonstrate the added values of the product.
• Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations on product strategy and value propositions for leadership, customers, and partners.
• Foster strong partnerships with LoB leaders and the broader Product Management community to shape the future of the SAP PaPM Cloud portfolio and competitive strategy.
• Document processes and methodologies to ensure transparency, ease of understanding, and reproducibility for stakeholders.
• Maintain high-quality standards for new use cases, ensuring robust business value propositions, aligned commercials, and polished go-to-market (GTM) materials.

What we are looking for

• University diploma or master’s degree, preferably in a business or technical discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in product management, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
• Proven experience managing cloud-based software products, delivering high-quality solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and analytics products like SAP PaPM, SAC, and Datasphere is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically, solve complex problems, and deliver innovative solutions.
• Experience leading large, complex projects in an agile setting, with the ability to drive results independently.
• Strong ability to build and maintain partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering a sense of community in a matrixed organization.
• A commitment to rigorous quality processes and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in English, capable of building long-lasting relationships with customers and partners.
• Able to thrive in fast-paced, high-performance environments, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
