Responsibilities:

  • Craft Strategy & Drive Execution: Develop and execute impactful strategies to launch and grow the iPhone and Watch business across all markets, ensuring seamless operations and market penetration.
  • Plan for Success: Own the planning and forecasting of annual targets by partner and country. Monitor and maintain optimal Weeks of Supply (WOS) levels, especially focusing on lighthouse partners for maximum impact.
  • Achieve Targets: Collaborate with in-country teams to set and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by partner.
  • Optimize Product Lifecycle: Manage the product lifecycle for iPhones and Watches, implementing price strategies and driving elasticity to maximize sales and minimize decay.
  • Partner with Apple: Build and nurture strong relationships with Apple’s SPOC and other key team members to secure competitive deals and maximize business benefits.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with internal teams, including Channel Development, Marketing, and Affordability, to unlock every sales opportunity and ensure streamlined execution across all countries.
    Be the Guiding Force: Lead and align strategies for channel development, marketing, and sales teams to deliver exceptional short- and medium-term growth for the Apple portfolio.
    1.⁠ ⁠Planning and designing overall strategy to launch and build iPhone and watch business across all markets
    2.⁠ ⁠completely responsible for planning and forecasting of numbers for the full year by partner, by country. Managing WOS and ensuring sufficient supply is maintained at country level, especially focusing on large light house partners.
    3.⁠ ⁠Working with the in country teams to plan and achieve monthly and quarterly targets by partner.
    4.⁠ ⁠Managing PLC for iPhones and watches, implementing DGs and price drops to maximise elasticity and overcome quarterly decay
    5.⁠ ⁠Working closely with the SPOC from Apple and building good relations with members from various teams of Apple to ensure maximum benefits in terms of deals such as LTSI and ATSI.
    6.⁠ ⁠Working closely with internal teams like CD, marketing and E&E to ensure building all the channel in all countries and ensuring proper comms to maximise every sales opportunity
    8.⁠ ⁠Acting as a guiding force to the channel development, marketing, affordability and sales teams and ensuring that the strategies of each of these teams are in line with the growth expectations of the company in the short-term and medium-term for the iPhone and watch business
    Additional requirements
    1.⁠ ⁠At least 10 years of experience in sales, marketing, country management. Experience in handling large format retail, carriers and open channel distribution is a must
    2.⁠ ⁠Willingness to work with cross functional teams to ensure smooth flow of execution of the designed plans
    3.⁠ ⁠Aggressive mindset and self-motivation is a must
    4.⁠ ⁠Good presentation and communication skills
