Description:

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking to hire a suitable candidate to fill this position. As a Product Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams to develop and optimize products, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with customer requirements and company strategy.

  • Minimum Qualification : HND
  • Experience Level : Mid level
  • Experience Length : 3 years

REQUIREMENTS:

  • HND/Degree in computer science/engineering, software engineering, web development or web systems design, and other related fields.
  • Proven work experience of 3 - 5 years in product management or as an associate product manager preferably within banking or financial services industry, Fintech, and digital banking environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners.
  • Develop product pricing and positioning strategies.
  • Lead the virtual product team to ensure delivery of agreed objectives.
  • Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow the market, share, improve customer experience, and drive growth.
  • Represent the customer (be a proxy) within the development process.
