What You’ll Do: As a Product Manager in Hematology, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our hematology portfolio. Your responsibilities include:

  • Strategizing & Innovating: Develop and execute local brand strategies and marketing plans that align with EMEA goals.
  • Collaborating with Experts: Be an active member of the Country Value Team (CVT), providing insights to maximize business opportunities and overcome local barriers.
  • Driving Patient-Centered Solutions: Leverage the patient journey to identify value pools and deliver innovative solutions that improve outcomes.
  • Building Relationships: Engage with key opinion leaders, field force and stakeholders, crafting targeted, impactful messaging through multiple channels.
  • Market Leadership: Analyze market trends to spot opportunities and threats, ensuring our products stay ahead in a competitive landscape.

QUALIFICATIONS

What We’re Looking For:

  • Background: A degree in Science or Economics (Master’s preferred) with 3-5 years of experience in product management.
  • Therapeutic Expertise: Prior experience in specialty therapeutic areas is a plus.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in Italian (C1 and above) and English (B2 and above).
  • Leadership & Strategy: Strong leadership skills, business acumen, and the ability to manage complex projects.
  • Customer Focus: A customer-driven mindset and excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing abilities.
  • Global Perspective: International experience is a bonus, along with the ability to work effectively in a matrix organization.

This position is located in Milan and will require up to 30% domestic and/or international travel.
