Description:

We are looking for a talented and creative Product Manager to join our team. This role places you at the heart of our product innovation process, shaping the direction and success of our AI solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to align our product vision with customer needs and market opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4+ years experience as a Product Manager, with a strong focus on UX research (NB: not project management).
  • Experience working with SaaS products, AI focus is a plus.
  • Proven experience in finding Product Market Fit for startups.
  • Able to communicate your vision for the product in a compelling way, engaging your team, stakeholders to align, contribute and deliver the best outcomes
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams to deliver interfaces that make AI-driven data accessible and useful.
  • Experience supporting sales efforts, including delivering product expertise during pitches and helping to close sales deals and partnerships.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills to external and internal stakeholders, with the ability to translate user data into actionable recommendations.
  • A team player with a creative and proactive approach, adapted to problem-solving and prioritisation in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Are analytical, innovative, with a strong business acumen and driven to deliver user value and business results.

BONUS QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and how they can be applied to enhance user experiences and automate complex processes.
  • Familiarity with user testing, analytics, and prototyping tools e.g. Figma.

Responsibilities:

  • Help shape a compelling vision and strategy for your part of our product, based on a deep understanding of the industry, competitive landscape, macro and technology trends
  • Define and align meaningful objectives and key results and own the roadmap for your domain
  • Formulate hypotheses that help validate what experiences to design, implement, run and evaluate product experiments to reach your objectives
  • Ensure that valuable features, enhancements, and bug fixes are prioritized and shipped, making thoughtful product decisions along the way, and sharing insights with the rest of the company
  • Lead UX research efforts, gathering and analyzing feedback to ensure Hyperbrain’s interfaces are intuitive, user-friendly, and make complex data accessible to users.
  • Collaborate with the founders to prioritize product features and development pipelines to form product roadmap based on user insights, business goals, and market opportunities.
  • Work closely with Engineers to create seamless interfaces for Hyperbrain’s AI-driven solutions, improving customer experiences and interactions.
  • Assist the founders in delivering compelling sales pitches and help close deals and partnerships by showcasing the value of Hyperbrain’s AI-powered solutions.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to founders and stakeholders to influence product direction and business strategy.
  • Stay informed on AI trends, emerging technologies, and UX/UI best practices to continuously refine and enhance Hyperbrain’s offering.
  • Exploring visual design in Figma and translating it into high-fidelity, web-native experiences
