Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Technical Program Manager (TPM), you will join the Software Networking Product Portfolio to focus on execution, and enable cross functional teams to deliver on internal and external commitments, while encouraging a culture of predictability and supporting an innovative spirit. You will ensure seamless coordination of stakeholders across program variables, generating a shared understanding of deliverables and timelines. As Software Networking grows, you will ensure development methodologies evolve to complete work effectively as well as growing a program management practice in tandem.
As an ideal candidate for this position, you thrive given the opportunity to implement program management rigor, are adept at breaking down complex problems into actionable steps, and have impeccable time and program management skills. You are pragmatic, highly proactive with a strong sense of urgency, superb follow-through, and bring an intrinsic flexibility to manage programs under different scenarios. You are a problem solver searching for a fast-paced, innovative environment where you’ll have the chance to grow.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 3+ years of experience in product management• Demonstrated experience in defining and driving processes at scale across large organizations.• Organizational and collaboration skills with a demonstrated history of successfully defining and driving initiatives that span multiple organizational boundaries. • Excellent writing and presentation skills.• Demonstrated experience in presenting and reporting to leadership teams.• Demonstrated ability in successfully delivering initiatives with varying levels of ambiguity.• Demonstrated experience in the entire software development lifecycle. Understanding of application development is a plus.• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, combined with a strategic orientation.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Operations Management Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Operations Management / AIOps industry, including key trends, market dynamics, and the competitive landscape to effectively position the product for success.
