As our Product Manager II , you are driven to make a difference in healthcare, by rethinking the patient experience, reducing the administrative burden on physicians, and ensuring our clients can focus on patient care. To thrive in this role, you are responsible for driving delivery of critical roadmap capabilities. You will lead the delivery of the roadmap, manage the product backlog, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders. You will take strategic direction from product management and lead in the design and delivery of functional, technology-enabled solutions.

HERE’S WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE WORKING AS A PRODUCT MANAGER II:

  • Lead the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring the timely delivery of new features.
  • Interface with engineering teams to articulate requirements, product vision and business priorities, utilizing Agile practices.
  • Own maintenance backlog and interface with engineering and design teams to prioritize features, define product requirements and create detailed product roadmaps.
  • Monitor product performance and user feedback, making data-driven decisions to improve product usability and customer satisfaction.
  • Prioritize features and stories by balancing stakeholder interests, user needs, technology direction, and product strategy.Mitigate blockers and make tough trade-off decisions between scope and schedule, while maintaining focus on outcomes.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Mastery of Agile fundamentals with demonstrated experience to drive execution within an Agile environment.
  • Exposure to high-level technology paradigms (e.g. data flows, APIs, services).
  • Experience interfacing directly with technology leaders and engineers.
  • Passionate about keeping current on the latest product innovations and how to practically apply them.
  • Thrives in a collaborative environment and is comfortable working with others and giving and receiving feedback.
  • Proficient computer skills (including, but not limited to, spreadsheets, Internet, and email) are required.
  • Healthcare experience, specifically in Revenue Cycle knowledge or X12 and HL7 is a plus.
  • Experience using Azure DevOps or Jira.
    For this US-based position, the base pay range is $64,657.00 - $80,821.00 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
