Job Description
Manage the IMPACT and DATA product portfolio, mainly the reporting. The Job holder will be responsible for developing and maintaining bluesign sustainability and Impact product portfolio in the area of corporate sustainability, encompassing issues such as corporate strategy, corporate communications and reporting.
Specific responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the team, customers and market trends to generate and take up new ideas for products and services and reporting.
- Support the development and implementation of impact products and services that meet the needs of our customers and the market.
- Work closely with the Sales/CRM team to define our Product/Market strategy and ensure that our products are aligned with our company goals.
- Work with the Sales/CRM/BSE to identify and pursue business development opportunities, support decision-making on matters that affect the team, culture and operations of the business, discuss and resolve resourcing issues, and optimise team member performance.
- Develop the corporate sustainability programme area and strategic approach.
- Ensure effective delivery of projects falling within the programme area through:
- Efficient project management and accountability to ensure the delivery of high-standard outputs, on time and to budget and to the client’s satisfaction.
- Forecasting and allocating resources and supporting workloads across the Programme Team, and more widely (across the company and consultants).
- Keep abreast of market-wide developments and develop team’s expertise on the relevant issues to keep bluesign up to date and/or to identify business development opportunities.
- Effective communication of programme updates
- Build networks through open exchange and dialogue with relevant stakeholders to the programme.
- Raise the profile of bluesign on subject matter through attendance and speaking at events, being a spokesperson with press and through social media.
Qualifications
Profile:
- A degree in Business Administration
- Strong industry-specific experience in the textile value chain (Brand, Manufacturing, Chemistry, because we want someone who knows the industry inside and out)
- Strong Marketing experience
- Demonstrate ability to work independently and collaboratively
Required skills:
- Market analysis and project management skills
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks
- Extreme customer- centric, customer success perspective
Additional Information
This position will require approx. 3 days of working from the office per week
