Product Manager

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who is passionate about building products that will meet business needs.
As a Senior Product Manager at InterOpera, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our green attribute SaaS platform. You’ll work closely with a dynamic team to develop and execute product strategies that align with our mission to promote sustainability. This role is perfect for you if you are passionate about making a difference through technology and eager to grow in the realm of product development.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• 5+ years of experience working in a startup environment with a history of successful product launches.
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic and agile working environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate complex business/technical information with different audiences verbally or in writing
• A solid understanding of technical and design concepts, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with Engineering and Design teams.
• A proactive individual with a strong sense of purpose and urgency

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Design, or related fields. A Master’s degree or MBA is a plus
• Previous experience in a startup or a B2B SAAS company in a dynamic high-growth environment.
• Certifications in Agile, Product Management, or related fields.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Define the product vision and strategy, aligning with the company’s goals and market trends. Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of product roadmaps.
• Foster a culture of customer obsession, prioritizing customer satisfaction and experience in every aspect of the product development process. Continuously seek to understand customer needs, pain points, and preferences to drive product innovations and enhancements.
• Utilize data and analytics to inform product decisions, prioritizing features and improvements based on user feedback, market analysis, and business objectives.
• Ensure that product requirements are thoroughly defined, documented, and communicated, upholding high standards for product quality and user experience.
• Serve as a bridge between Engineering, Design, and Business teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Organize and lead agile rituals, including release/sprint planning, retrospectives, daily standups, and weekly planning sessions. Ensure the team remains focused and efficient, fostering an agile mindset and practices to enhance productivity and adaptability.
