About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager for our Issuance products, to join our team in Oslo. In this vital role, you will help drive business development and growth initiatives on bond issuance in Nordics (DK/NO). You will also support Issuance knowledge across all Euronext CSD locations. You will drive the operational agenda and objectives for Issuance, execute product strategies, deliver on business goals, and contribute to integration processes through collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Strategic Vision: Operationalize the strategic vision and roadmap for our Issuance product portfolio, and in particular drive business development initiatives on bond issuance in Nordics (DK/NO)
  • P&L Development: Contribute to P&L-driven business case development, balancing client needs and internal cost control.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the product lifecycle from conceptualization to delivery.
  • Budgeting: Budget for the topline of the product portfolio and recommend investment budgets.
  • Business Convergence: Contribute to business convergence projects and activities.
  • Product Development: Oversee the development of new products in collaboration with internal project teams, finance, regulation/legal, surveillance, and other stakeholders.
  • Competitor Analysis: Conduct competitor analysis regarding product offerings, functionality, pricing, and market penetration.
  • Client Relations: Maintain and develop relationships with business development and client services to understand client needs and opportunities to increase market share.

Success Factors:

  • Ensure timely communication with customers regarding solutions and deliveries.
  • Ensure products comply with applicable legislation, and support Issuance knowledge across all our CSD locations
  • Provide commercial recommendations for new business initiatives/products/services.
  • Navigate a rapidly changing business landscape, staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Deliver recommendations that increase revenue and/or reduce costs.
  • Demonstrate proactiveness and agility in responding to emerging opportunities and challenges.
  • Learn and anchor important process knowledge

Profile and Skills:

  • Experience from consultancy role within product management and business development, preferably in banking or financial infrastructure.
  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic awareness, structured and results driven.
  • Excellent written and oral presentation skills, with attention to detail and strategic perspective.
  • Ability to leverage relationships and drive forward projects autonomously.
  • Ability to manage a high workload well, with focus on priorities and deliverables
  • Collaborative, curious and with a learning mind-set.
  • Preferred international business experience.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Minimum 3 years of higher education (extensive work experience may compensate for lack of education).
