OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Product Manager to lead the development and optimization of our direct-to-consumer telehealth platform, focusing on the patient journey from initial awareness and consideration of telemedicine services to ongoing engagement and follow-up care. You will be responsible for driving the product strategy, defining the roadmap, and delivering innovative digital health solutions to our customers. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be crucial to create a seamless and engaging user experience that empowers individuals to take control of their health and wellness.

Compensation: $140,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year

Core Responsibilities:

  • Technical Expertise: Bring strong technical capabilities in troubleshooting, system development, and understanding of front-end and back-end processes. Utilize knowledge of APIs, data payloads, SQL, and system architecture to enhance product efficiency and address potential issues.
  • Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the company’s vision and objectives in the telehealth space, focusing on areas such as men’s health, sexual wellness, hair loss treatment, skincare, and more.
  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape in the direct-to-consumer telehealth industry, with a specific focus on the patient journey.
  • Roadmap Planning: Define and prioritize features and initiatives based on user feedback, technical requirements, data analysis, and business goals, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market opportunities.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams to translate product vision into actionable plans, ensuring successful execution and delivery of high-quality digital health solutions.
  • User Experience: Champion the user experience by advocating for intuitive design, seamless workflows, and personalized experiences that resonate with our target audience.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics, user insights, and A/B testing to make informed product decisions, optimize performance, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Product Launch: Lead the successful launch of new products, features, and enhancements, including coordinating beta testing, gathering feedback, and iterating based on learnings.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance metrics and KPIs, analyze trends, and generate actionable insights to measure product success and inform future iterations.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate product updates, roadmap plans, performance metrics, and strategic initiatives to stakeholders across the organization, fostering alignment and collaboration.
  • Compliance and Regulation: Stay informed about telehealth regulations, compliance requirements, and industry standards, ensuring that product development adheres to relevant laws and guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing consumer-facing digital products, preferably in the telehealth or healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of the direct-to-consumer business model, customer acquisition strategies, and growth tactics in the digital health space.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Deep empathy for users and a passion for improving access to healthcare and wellness through technology.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies, data-driven decision making, and product management tools.
