Description:
SUMMARY:
We are looking for a self-driven Product Manager to help drive process automation efforts to the next level. This role will interface with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams, all of which are aligned to deliver top-priority process automation solutions. This position will be instrumental in driving the organization’s efforts to develop and deliver on these solutions.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- 4+ years’ experience in a Product Management role
Experience with:
Complex SaaS enterprise products
Software development lifecycle in a Scaled Agile (SAFe) environmentSoftware product development process
Results-driven, data-driven, entrepreneurial, and action-oriented
- Ability to effectively and proactively evaluate a problem or situation from all angles to determine the most appropriate solution
- Strong presentation and verbal / written communication skills for both tactical and executive level audiences
- Ability to lead and participate in internal customer conversations to ensure full understanding of the stakeholder pain points, their envisioned solutions, and the processes to develop and deliver the final solutions
- Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration with project management, software development team, professional services, customer care, sales, marketing, IT, service delivery, implementation, training, and user documentation teams to successfully launch new features and enhancements
- Ability to provide clear and transparent communications around roadmap and strategy
- A well-organized, detail-oriented and self-directed individual who can work with minimal amount of supervision
- Must be a quick learner of new technologies.

EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of work experience and education
Responsibilities:
- Help define, develop, and deliver the process automation vision and roadmap for key modules.
- Collaborate with internal subject matter experts and customers to gather and analyze data to understand, prioritize, and define the key pain problems, business requirements, workflows, and then help define and deliver solutions.
- Lead customer feedback sessions, preparing presentations and engaging end users to define solutions.
- Collaborate with globally distributed Product Owners and Agile Scrum teams to successfully deliver new capabilities and enhancements.
- Partner with User Experience team and Product Owners to define industry-leading functionality and user flow.
- Create Epics and User Stories, participate in backlog grooming and prioritization meetings and sprint reveals.
- Support and lead key internal cross-functional activities necessary for product release.
- Measure the success of product by defining and monitoring key metrics adoption rates.
- Manage enhancement requests and the planning of incorporation of functionality identified for inclusion in upcoming releases.
- Work closely with Operations teams to support efficient, profitable services, driving overall success of clients’ end-to-end experience.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure product stability and technical support, including regular and ad hoc code releases.
- Demonstrate flexibility and innovation to meet the demands of a dynamic and changing environment.
