REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline (Chemical Engineering / Chemistry / Business / Supply Chain / MBA preferred).
  • Minimum of five years of experience in product management with clear understanding of product management tools and processes.
  • Understanding of Polymer Chemistry.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management and financial analysis, preferrably supporting a manufacturing facility.

The established pay range for this position is $97,600 to $120,000. Please note, the actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilization of internal and external pricing factors to provide strategic pricing guidance (floor, target and opportunity pricing) to sales to optimize margins and reports to business.
  • Establishes and manages supply / demand planning strategies including product allocation, with operations, supply chain, procurement, and sales in order to maximize commercial results.
  • Supports new product / application development and commercialization activities in coordination with Commercial and Technical functions.
  • Drives sustainable sourcing strategies for URE business, working with technical and procurement e.g. qualification of additional sources.
  • Monitors competitive service levels and updates LXS customer service policy with appropriate stakeholders.
