As a Product Manager Lead at INFINIT, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and execution of our product strategy to achieve market success and customer delight. You will lead a team of product managers and collaborate closely with engineering, design, and sales teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and deliver innovative solutions that address real-world challenges. This leadership position requires a strategic mindset, strong team management skills, and a deep passion for creating impactful products.

Responsibilities:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required; fluency in Spanish is advantageous.
  • Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience in product management roles, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing products from ideation to commercialization + experience in reading andusing API docs
  • Industry Experience: FinTech/Banking/Lending needed
  • Team Leadership: Strong team management and leadership skills, with experience in guiding and developing high-performing product teams.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with a data-driven decision-making approach, adept in market research, competitive analysis, and product metrics.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strategic Thinking: A strategic thinker capable of balancing short-term priorities with long-term vision, thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
