Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is
$162,000 - $237,600

- Bachelor’s degree in a technical and analytical domain (e.g., computer science, mathematics, engineering, or similar)

Responsibilities:
The Product Manager, Lilly Value and Access is a senior director-level position and will be a leader on the Lilly Value & Access innovation team. This person will own the digital innovation and product management agenda for LVA. The ideal candidate will have experience leveraging product management skills, data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence to solve business problems. This role is a business role but requires someone who can be an outstanding collaborator and thought partner with our Tech@Lilly organization. A strong technology background is a must-have; a healthcare background is a nice-to-have. The key job responsibilities will be to:
- Develop and implement the data and technology transformation agenda and product roadmap(s) for Lilly’s Value and Access organization
- Become an expert in the US healthcare ecosystem; develop and deliver technology products that enhance the experience of patients taking our medicines and drive growth in our business
- Become an expert in our internal processes; build technology products that support LVA’s productivity agenda
- Understand other components of LVA’s innovation agenda (consumer experience and business model transformation); ensure we have a technology substrate that enables transformative innovation across these domains
- Collaborate with other leaders across the company to ensure LVA alignment with Lilly’s enterprise data strategy
- Become a thought leader and evangelist within LVA on data science, machine learning, artificial intelligence, and enterprise data strategy
