As Product Manager, you will be responsible for the development and enhancement of software product concepts, designs, and existing product features that align with market and user requirements. Responsibilities:
Product Development: Develop new software product concepts, designs, and/or enhancements that meet market and user requirements. This includes creating and refining product ideas and features through detailed mock-ups, functional specifications, and requirements documents.
Market Research: Conduct in-depth research to understand customer needs, new technologies, market trends, and competitor offerings. Use this data to inform product strategies and ensure alignment with market demands.
Business Planning: Develop comprehensive business plans for products, guiding them through all phases of the product development lifecycle. This includes analysis, design, testing, integration, and introduction to the market.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate customer needs and technological advancements into clear product definitions and specifications. Collaborate effectively with engineering, marketing, sales, and other teams to ensure successful product launches.
Product Introduction: Oversee the introduction of new products to the market, ensuring that they meet the strategic goals and expectations of the company and customers.
Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the product management lifecycle (PMLC), ensuring that products are developed, launched, and maintained effectively throughout their lifecycle.
Product Intelligence & Competitive Analysis: Utilize competitive intelligence to keep the product competitive in the market. This includes analyzing competitors’ products and strategies to identify opportunities and threats.
User Research: Lead user research initiatives to gather insights directly from end-users, ensuring that product decisions are customer-focused and data-driven.
