Job Description

• In this role, you will drive service offerings from concept to launch and post-market improvements to support our global Cell and Gene Therapy (CGT) instrument business.
• You will continuously improve existing services such as customer training, CGT process and analytical customisation services, and instrument qualification/integration services.
• As a Product Manager, you will engage with customers and understand trends to identify new service opportunities that meet future needs.
• You will work within the product management/marketing team and collaborate closely with our service organisation and other internal stakeholders such as BD and sales.
• You will ensure effective positioning and presentation of services in line with the tools business and strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS

• You will have an advanced degree in life sciences, business, marketing or a related field; MBA or PhD preferred.
• You will have experience in marketing or product management, ideally with a focus and interest in services.
• You enjoy working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and have a high level of self-organisation and commitment.
• You are persuasive and goal-oriented. You enjoy working in interdisciplinary teams and communicating openly with people.
• You are an excellent communicator and presenter, especially in English.
