Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Product Manager (m|f|d) to join our team and manage the assigned portfolio of CliniMACS Disposables / Bags. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving product development, market positioning, and customer satisfaction within the exciting field of cell and gene therapy.
- You oversee the entire product life cycle, from development to market introduction and post-market monitoring and work closely with teams like Research & Development, Production, Quality Assurance, and Regulatory Affairs.
- This involves coordinating clinical changes, managing customer notifications, and supporting post-marketing surveillance.
- You contribute to supply and demand planning and budgeting for your assigned product portfolio. You leverage your business acumen to analyze global and regional market trends, competitor activities, and develop successful positioning, marketing, and sales strategies within the cell and gene therapy field.
- You will collaborate across company departments to drive product improvement initiatives and create marketing materials and labeling for your product portfolio.
- You interact with key opinion leaders and customers worldwide to identify market trends, build reference networks, and ensure customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS
- You will have a degree in science or bioengineering with a focus on a relevant area. Ideally, a proven track record in product management, particularly for clinical products.
- Familiarity with single-use medical devices is an advantage.
- You will be an excellent communicator with excellent collaborative and interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships across different teams and customer segments.
- You will be fluent in English and enjoy working in cross-functional teams to achieve your goals.
- A willingness to travel globally completes your profile (max. 20%).
