Description:
Responsibilities:
- Roadmap Development: Own the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on user feedback, market demand, and business objectives.
- Product-led Growth: Contribute to strategies that drive product growth, increase user acquisition, and expand market reach.
- Feature Development: Prioritize, plan, and implement new features and enhancements. Collaborate closely with designers and engineers to bring these features to life.
- Adherence and Retention: Design and execute initiatives to improve user adherence and enhance retention rates, while closely collaborating with the data and medical teams.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, data, medical, regulatory, and sales teams to support the delivery of high-quality products on time and within budget.
- Continuous Product Discovery: Participate in ongoing product discovery activities to uncover user needs, validate product concepts, and iterate based on feedback.
- Metrics and KPIs: Assist in defining, tracking, and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and user behavior data to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product development.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that products comply with relevant healthcare regulations and standards.
