YOUR MISSION

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Product Manager at Squalify in defining, building, and managing our SaaS product.

The Product Manager plays a crucial role and requires adaptability and the ability to thrive in a rapidly evolving industry and involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, including development, design, marketing, sales and customer support, to ensure that the product meets customer needs and business objectives.

  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders, customers, and internal teams to gather, prioritize, and document product requirements, user stories, and use cases.
  • Product Roadmap: Develop and maintain a product roadmap that outlines feature releases, enhancements, and updates over time.
  • Backlog Management: Maintain a well-prioritized product backlog, ensuring that the development team always has a clear understanding of what needs to be built next.
  • Release Planning: Work with development teams to plan and execute product releases, coordinating activities and ensuring that releases are on schedule and meet quality standards.
  • Product Design: Collaborate with designers to create user-friendly and intuitive interfaces, ensuring that the product provides an exceptional user experience.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, customer feedback, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and potential threats to the product.
  • User Feedback: Collect and analyze user feedback and data to make informed decisions about product improvements and new features.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with development, marketing, sales, and academy teams to ensure a coordinated approach to product development and delivery.
