Description:
ON THE DOT, A SUBSIDIARY OF MEDIA24 IN GAUTENG, CURRENTLY REQUIRES THE SERVICES OF A DEMAND PLANNER/PRODUCT MANAGER.
We seek to appoint a dynamic and energetic individual to assume the responsibility of Demand Planner/Product Manager, reporting to the Category Manager. The position will be based at their offices in Johannesburg.
REQUIREMENTS
- Relevant tertiary education in sales, marketing and/or logistics
- 3-5 years’ experience within a sales / target driven environment including experience managing accounts
- Proficiency in relevant software packages and applications
- Knowledge of sales strategies and concepts
- Good understanding of developing sales reports

Responsibilities:
To forecast supply based on sales history, generate sales, service a portfolio of accounts, and maximize revenue and account handling in order to sell the Company’s products/services within the geographic or product boundaries and thereby meet predetermined targets, revenue, and circulation. A broad understanding of the geographic areas in South Africa is essential.
