JOB DESCRIPTION

As the Product Manager for our Klikpajak team, you will take ownership of the end-to-end product lifecycle of our tax features. You will work closely with engineering, design, data, and customer-facing teams to build a seamless, accurate, and efficient accounting experience for our users. Your mission is to ensure businesses using our platform have a world-class tool to manage their financials, drive decision-making, and comply with regulations.

• Product Vision & Strategy: Define and execute a compelling product vision and roadmap, aligned with business goals and user needs
• User-Centric Development: Understand the needs of SMBs and enterprise customers to create features that simplify complex accounting processes (e.g., financial reporting, reconciliation, tax compliance)
• Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams: Partner with engineering, design, analytics, and operations teams to drive the development of new features, enhancements, and integrations
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data, customer feedback, and competitive analysis to iterate and improve product offerings
• Launch & Monitor: Lead the go-to-market strategy for new features, ensuring clear communication with customers and internal teams. Measure product success post-launch and continuously optimize the experience
• Problem Solving & Innovation: Identify opportunities to innovate within accounting workflows and push the boundaries of what can be automated or simplified
• Compliance & Risk Management: Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure the product adheres to global accounting regulations and industry standards.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience: 3+ years of product management experience, ideally in accounting, finance, or SaaS platforms that deal with financial data
• Customer-focused mindset: A deep understanding of how businesses use accounting tools and a passion for delivering solutions that meet customer needs
• Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in using data and analytics to inform product decisions. Experience working with accounting metrics, key performance indicators, and financial data is a plus
• Technical Acumen: Ability to work closely with engineers to make informed decisions about implementation trade-offs, particularly related to accounting systems and integrations
• Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, focusing on execution and results
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, articulating complex concepts to various stakeholders
• Problem Solver: A proactive problem solver who can work with ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with accounting and tax standards and compliance (e.g., GAAP, IFRS) is a plus
• Familiarity with SMB accounting, tax solutions and ERP systems
• Experience working in fast-growth tech companies
