Description:
KEY ACTIONS
- Design the medium to long term product strategy for 6-9 months and beyond.
- Play a key role in the Vitality Product Design process using scaled Agile’s Continuous Exploration and Review stages
- Take personal accountability for Digital Web/Salesforce experiences on a day-to-day basis.
- Act as the voice of the customer within scrum teams to ensure that all new features meet our ambition of delivering brilliant customer experiences.
- Prepare work in readiness for delivery:
- Work collaboratively with the product team, business process owners and development and project teams to create user stories. These will be aligned to the overall delivery of organisational goals and desired customer outcomes.
- Ensure all user stories are captured, created and maintained in the product backlog, written in the agile user story format.
- Work collaboratively with the UX team to provide understanding of the user stories to ensure designs are aligned.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Team – Member Servicing and Claims - Product Management
Working Pattern - Hybrid – 2 days per week in any of our Vitality Offices. Full time hours.
WHAT THIS ROLE IS ALL ABOUT:
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining and executing a comprehensive product roadmap. This exciting role will form part of a cross-functional team who is accountable for the end-to-end digital customer experience for our Vitality Members
You will be accountable for the conceptualisation, design and delivery of features that make a profound contribution to your Journeys vision and Vitality’s overall 2026 Business Ambition.
