Description:

We are looking for a Product Manager with knowledge in the identity and cybersecurity space with great communication skills, to join our exciting and diverse team. You will revel in delivering identity and security driven products and services to enterprises around the world, to make the world a more secure and productive place.
Based in the US as a member of the Microsoft Entra Customer Experience Engineering (CXE) team the successful candidate, will work closely with the Identity and Network Access engineering product development team and will engage with our sales force to accelerate the adoption of Microsoft’s Identity solutions.
Our team orchestrates readiness opportunities with the broader Microsoft to ensure their success while finding deeper insights. We create readiness programs to make it easier for our product management team to rapidly move new features and products, from conception, to development, to private preview, to public preview, and finally to general availability.
We are looking for a Product Manager who brings leadership and teamwork with a passion for creating programs to drive product readiness for Microsoft technical roles that will delight our customers. In this role you will gather requirements from product managers, design and create readiness programs that allow our products to be successful. Once operational, you will continue to monitor the programs to improve their efficiency.

REQUIRED/MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree AND 2+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
  • OR equivalent experience.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft background and Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

ADDITIONAL OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree AND 4+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
  • OR equivalent experience.
  • Proficient project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in developing training materials and delivering training sessions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions and improvements.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all levels of an organization, from senior executives to others, across all functions, and across multiple geographies
  • Technical skills on Microsoft Entra Technologies and Microsoft Security Solutions
  • Technical curiosity and aptitude to quickly master service capabilities, technical issues, business trends, and customer needs
  • Demonstrating critical thinking and solid troubleshooting abilities
  • Capability to communicate and work in English and native language
    Product Management IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $98,300 - $193,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $127,200 - $208,800 per year.

Responsibilities:

To be successful in this role, you need to have organizing and technical skills to be able to mobilize security technical seller across Microsoft to understand, sell, test, and implement our Microsoft Entra products.

  • Program Design and Development: Develop and implement readiness programs that align with the strategic goals and objectives of Microsoft Entra.
  • Manage content creation: Work with subject matter experts to collate and prepare high-quality training materials, including presentations, guides, and e-learning modules.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product management, marketing, and sales leadership to gather insights and incorporate feedback into the readiness programs.
  • Program Delivery: Coordinate and conduct training sessions, workshops, and webinars to ensure effective knowledge transfer and skill development.
  • Performance Measurement: Establish metrics and evaluation methods to assess the effectiveness of readiness programs and identify areas for improvement.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously refine and enhance readiness programs.
  • Global Coordination: Ensure readiness programs are effectively rolled out and adapted to meet the needs of regional markets and diverse cultural contexts.
