As Senior Product Manager for Mobile, you will be responsible for delivering a seamless and consistent experience across our mobile products. This will include defining and executing a product vision, strategy, and roadmap across our mobile products that are aligned with the needs and expectations of our customers.
From a product development perspective, the role will cover the full end-to-end delivery of new products and features on mobile. Through analysis and insights, you will identify ways to simplify and improve the experience for our customers and deliver measurable proof-of-concept. You will define and prioritize key features and specifications. As part of our ambition to hyper-personalize the Tax Free Shopping experience, the role will have a strong focus on building data-driven products. You will therefore need to establish a thorough understanding of TFS processes and the data flows behind them.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

• 5+ years of experience in a similar Product Management position working with customer-facing mobile technology - ideally experience working in transactional environments (e.g. banking, insurance, etcandhellip;)
• Completed education in the fields of Business Informatics, Entrepreneurship, Computer Science, or equivalent relevant work experience
• Proven ability to come up with new mobile products and develop them successfully in line with market needs and company strategy
• Experience in working with distributed teams in a global, multicultural environment is highly desirable
• Solid understanding of agile software development processes
• Basic data analytics skills
• Fluent in English

• Drive the product strategy and roadmap based on Global Blueandrsquo;s strategic direction and objectives, KPIs and consumer needs
• Conduct analysis and research to identify opportunities to develop and optimize the user experience on mobile
• Together with the commercial counterpart, manage the entire product life cycle
• Drive and design a high-quality user experience by partnering deeply with Design and User Experience
• Defines the product requirements based on inputs from business units and technical interaction with engineering teams
• Own, prioritize and maintain the Product Backlog
• Promote the product to internal and external customers/partners
• Analyze feature performance, product KPIs and customer feedback to improve the journey and overall experience
