Responsibilities:

• Implement the long-term product vision and goals, ensuring both commercial and technological success;
• Develop and manage the product roadmap, describing system requirements and necessary functionalities;
• Cooperate with SCRUM masters and product owners to manage the technical implementation of the product across multiple teams;
• Coach and advise other product owners, providing guidance and support;
• Create plans and prepare reports on product performance, monitoring the success of the product;
• Collaborate with various units across the organization to plan and agree on the business and marketing aspects of the product.
• Expert knowledge of product management, technology, business requirements, and models.
• Proven experience in developing and managing product roadmaps.
• Strong ability to collaborate with multiple teams and units for seamless product implementation.
• Excellent coaching and advisory skills to support other product owners.
• Strong analytical skills to prepare performance reports and monitor product success.
• Experience in redesigning and optimizing work processes for sustainable solutions.
